In the month of December, while the woods around Gai de Sora shed their leafy covering, you can begin the Advent period by immersing yourself in the magical Christmas markets atmosphere of the in Follina and Cison di Valmarino.
Even in the Gai de Sora village you will find lights, colours, music, sweets and Christmas scents: a warm atmosphere to enjoy this time of year intimately!

Christmas at Gai de Sora
In the period leading up to Christmas, time seems to pass more slowly in Gai de Sora, allowing us to savor precious and unrepeatable moments of life. Nature withdraws into itself, without however making us miss her everlasting loving embrace.
Small fawns approach in search of food in the icy Zope Frede gorge. A crackling fire warms our cold bodies and gazes, finally reconciled with the rhythms of the season, assertively marked by the Sun.
The wait for Holy Christmas in a place of such Peace prepares our hearts to welcome the memory of the coming of Christ with sincere intimacy, far from artificial commercial folklore.

Who said January is a sad month?
